This month’s Reflection continues to highlight the excellent Team Huddle documents from our Onward Communication Champions. We’re reminded that no goal is a “small” goal when it’s important to the person. Whether it’s Jacob learning to use an iPad to direct his own morning routine, or Nick choosing his T shirt for the day and being able to express himself through his clothing, each goal is significant. These aspects of growth and development help to build people’s confidence and establish self-direction in momentous ways!
