CH Connect is our shared online space for staying connected as employees at Karis, often called a company intranet. It’s where we find information about Karis, access important forms, open our everyday apps like UKG, LMS, or AlayaCare, view Karis announcements, and discover resources that help us in doing our daily work and in supporting people well.
As part of our next strategic plan—and our focus on Our People—we’re committed to improving how employees access information, stay updated, and use the systems that support their roles. Enhancing CH Connect is one piece of this broader effort to strengthen internal communication and make our tools clearer, more consistent, and easier to navigate. We know there is room to improve, and your experiences, especially from direct support teams, are essential in guiding this work.
To design a platform that truly works for you, we need to understand how you use it today and what would make it more helpful in the future.
No matter your role at Karis—direct support staff, administrative, part-time or full-time—your perspective is critical.
You may log in to CH Connect every day, or only when you need a specific form or update. You may use it on a computer at a desk, a shared workstation or tablet, or on the go. Every experience is important.
We want to hear what’s working, what’s confusing, and what gets in the way. Is it easy to find the forms and policies you need? Do you see the announcements that matter to you? What would make CH Connect more accessible, more organized, and more useful in your day?
Please take a few minutes to share your feedback through this survey by March 23rd.
What you tell us now will directly shape the new CH Connect (and what we call it), so we can design a solution that fits your needs and supports the important work you do every day.
