April 3, 2025

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey.  The survey is available from now until Tuesday, April 8, at 9:00 pm (Eastern Time).

We’re trying to understand what makes the biggest difference for the people we serve so we can measure and focus on what truly matters. This survey is your opportunity to share what drives impact in your area of work to help shape what we measure.

Karis is partnering with Chisel Consulting to ensure we are measuring the right things — empowering us to learn and improve on our services. Chisel will review and report on these survey results as part of this process.

Whether you work directly with people or support our mission through back-end processes, staff learning and training, managing funding, or another role, we all contribute to the same primary goal — delivering impactful services to people with disabilities. Every department plays a critical role — whether in direct support or behind the scenes — in helping people feel a sense of belonging, build relationships, make their own choices, grow and achieve personal goals, and feel valued and respected.

We are looking at key areas of service, internal processes, and staff support and development to understand what we do that drives the best outcomes for the people we serve. This includes how we support participants, train and equip staff, manage financial sustainability, and improve operations. Factors like team collaboration, effective technology, funding growth, expense management, compliance with government reporting, staff care, and fundraising efficiency all contribute to our ability to continue providing high-quality services and to adapt to changing needs.

Your insights will help us focus on what matters most for measurement so we can learn, improve, and invest wisely. If a question doesn’t apply to your role, feel free to skip it. Thank you for taking a few moments to share your thoughts.

Sincerely,

Dwayne Milley, Vice President of Operations
