Your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) digital platform has gotten an upgrade, making it easier to get the mental health, wellness and work-life support you need, when you need it.
With a more personalized, easy-to-use platform, you can find the right support faster and stay on track of your goals.
Two ways to get started:
Already registered? No need to download a new app or create a new account from your desktop. Simply sign in to your existing account and explore what the new digital platform has to offer.
Need to Register for an EFAP account? Go to homeweb.ca then search Karis and click on Karis Disability Services when it appears. Enter CH1485 as the access code and follow the steps provided.
What you can do on the new EFAP digital platform:
- Use Smart Care Navigation to receive personalized recommendations
- Access immediate counselling with MeetNow when a counsellor is available
- Book counselling online
- Explore mental health, wellness and work-life services and digital content
- Track your progress with a personalized dashboard
- And much more.
