To all managers

We are pleased to provide details of BMO Spend Dynamics updated Expense Module, replacing the Card Transaction Module as of February 23, 2025. This update provides a more user-friendly and intuitive interface for managing and reconciling transactions.

The key modifications that are currently in effect are as follows:

  1. New “Expenses” Menu – Replaces the previous Card Transactions menu. 
  2. Improved Transaction Display – Transactions now appear in a “To Do” default view with filter options, for a quick and clear overview of unprocessed transactions.
  3. Enhanced Review Process – Small icons and pop-ups are replaced with a side-bysidetransaction view for clearer and more efficient review.
  4. Consistent User Experience – The interface now aligns with the mobile application approval screen for better accessibility across devices.

To help you navigate these changes, we have prepared a detailed guide outlining the new Expense Module and how to enter and update transactions.

Please pass along this memo and guide to ensure that the Direct Support Professionals at your programs are aware of these updates.
