Did you know… UKG will replace many paper and email processes. You can login to:

  • Make a vacation request
  • Change your address
  • Swap shifts (if applicable)
  • Review your schedule
  • Check your pay stub
  • See the balances of vacation and PEL/STML

In preparation for the UKG launch on September 17, employees of Christian Horizons will receive training to learn how to use the various functions of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). There will be webinars, learning modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and job aids all designed to assist you in using UKG.

Leaders/Supervisors

NEXT WEEK: Introduction to UKG for Leaders – Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, July 20 from 1:30 to 2:30 EDT (11:30 CST).

Supervisor UKG Readiness – Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, July 27 from 1:30 to 2:30 EDT (11:30 CST).

Appointments were sent on July 7. Supervisors will participate in online LMS training between July 31 to August 11. During this same timeframe the UKG platform will be available to sign into to practice the new supervisory skills that have been learned.

All Employees

All employees will be invited to participate in LMS training and to attend an introductory webinar in August. More details will follow in future weekly communications.
