UKG: All Employees Training

In preparation for the UKG launch on January 21, All Employees will participate in online training to learn how to use the various functions of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

LMS TRAINING:

On Friday, January 12, we plan to launch the UKG Learning Module in the Learning Management System (LMS). Plan to explore and participate in the online LMS training between January 12 and January 21 to learn how UKG will be used by you, as an employee of Karis. Some key topics include: schedules, vacation requests, benefits, job postings, and more. You are encouraged to find an hour or two to review these training resources. During this same timeframe, the UKG platform will be available for login so that you can practice the new skills that are being learned.

WEBINAR:

All employees are invited to attend an introductory webinar on Monday, January 15 at 11am EST (ON) or 9am CST (SK). More details will follow in future communications. No need to register in advance, just follow the Zoom link once it is distributed next week.
