The F2027 Implementation Plan outlines the work underway this year to advance the priorities in our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan.

This year’s plan sets out the key initiatives and actions being delivered across the organization, with clear objectives, results, ownership, and timelines to support accountability and progress.
- To advance Our People priority, we are strengthening role clarity and leadership support through initiatives such as re-imagining the Program Manager role, and improving internal communications, among other initiatives.
- To advance Our Services priority, we are enhancing quality and enabling growth through initiatives such as targeted service growth, development of a shared quality framework, and strengthened systems and structures, among other initiatives.
- To advance Our Partners priority, we are deepening relationships and aligning advocacy through initiatives such as strengthening engagement with churches and families, advancing government relations, and developing a housing strategy, among other initiatives.
Together, this work represents how we are moving our strategy forward in a coordinated and practical way—through clearly defined initiatives, shared accountability, and consistent progress across the organization.
We will continue to engage everybody and take an adaptive approach, creating space to reflect and adjust as we move forward. Through ongoing co-design, connection, and learning, we will stay grounded in the experiences of the people and communities we serve, ensuring our efforts remain aligned, meaningful, and responsive over time.
