For Managers, IPPFs, and Emerging Leaders: Become an EDIB Course Co-Facilitator

This opportunity is open to Emerging Leaders, Independent Personal Plan Facilitators, Learning Facilitators, and Managers. It will be incorporated into current job responsibilities, with pay at the employee’s existing rate.

Are you an advocate for equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB)? Are you a skilled facilitator who loves co-facilitating courses? If so, we invite you to review and complete this Expression of Interest form.

This Spring (dates to be confirmed) Karis Disability Services is hosting an in person EDIB Train-the-Trainer session in Waterloo, ON, and we’re seeking skilled facilitators who enjoy co-facilitating. The training will prepare teams to deliver EDIB content to Non Managers, First Level Managers, and Facilitators, using a paired co facilitation model.
