As a reminder from our previous communication, your 2025 T4 slips are now available in UKG.
Some employees may see more than one 2025 T4 which is the result of a change in employment classification during the year. (Example, a casual employee moves to a part-time/full-time role).
If you received multiple T4s, please include all of them when filing your taxes. Together, they show your full 2025 earnings with Karis. You can also confirm your total earnings by checking the YTD Gross Pay on your final 2025 pay statement.
