Policy Updates

We’re pleased to share that recent policy updates were published in PolicyManager between December 20 to 23, 2024.

Policy Attestations
Policy attestations were assigned to employees on December 30, 2024. You should have received an email notification on January 4, 2025, indicating which policy documents require your attestation. If you don’t see the email, try logging into PolicyManager again and remember to log out afterward.

Tip: if you receive an “Access Denied” screen when logging in, clear your internet browser cache and try logging in again in a new internet browser.

You can log into PolicyManager at any time to review the policies assigned to you and complete the attestation within iAttest (see green highlight icon in image below). The deadline for completing your policy attestations is Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Please refer to this article for more information on policy attestations.

To keep leaders informed of policy attestation status, in the coming weeks, supervisors and the Organizational Leadership Team will have access to reports on employee policy attestations and employees who haven’t logged into PolicyManager yet. This will help supervisors follow up with their teams as needed.

Equipping Employees – Articles Featured in On the Horizon
In case you missed it, Directors have been sharing updated policies through On the Horizon over the last few weeks:

  • Click here to read from Jeff Ham, Director of Digital, Technology and Innovation, about the new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Click here to read from Carolyn Lewicki, Director of Marketing and Communications, about an important update to our Social Media policy.

Until early February, we will be featuring articles from other Directors on policy updates from Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. Stay tuned!

Completing these attestations aligns with our policy requirement that all employees are to acquaint themselves fully with the content of our policies and procedures. Thank you for your diligence regarding these important changes.

Please contact policyadmin@karis.org with any questions or feedback about PolicyManager, and one of our System Administrators will respond promptly.

Thank you,

Dwayne Milley,
VP of Operations
