New policy updates will be released in PolicyManager on October 31, 2025. As with previous revisions, these policy updates are guided by legislative requirements, clarity in communication, and our commitment to continuous improvement. Where appropriate, the revision process includes consultation with our Employee Engagement Representatives.
It is important to log into PolicyManager before October 31, 2025, especially if you have changed your work location to a new community or district, or moved to a different province. If you haven’t logged in since that change, the system will still associate you with your previous work location, which may affect your access to the correct policies and related documents. Logging in updates your profile and ensures you are assigned the appropriate policy attestations on November 1, 2025. New employees, as well as those who have been with us for some time but have not yet logged in, will receive an email reminder this week to complete this step.
