Policy Updates Are Coming!

Upcoming Policy Updates – Spring 2026

New policy updates will be released in PolicyManager on May 29, 2026.

As with previous revisions, these policy updates are guided by legislative requirements, clarity in communication, and our commitment to continuous improvement. Where appropriate, the revision process includes consultation with our Employee Engagement Representatives.

Please take a moment to log into PolicyManager before May 29, 2026.

This is especially important if you:

• moved to a new position, community or District
• were recently hired, or
• haven’t logged into PolicyManager before.

Logging into PolicyManager regularly keeps your profile information up to date in the system which will ensure you are being assigned the correct policy attestations.

More details will be shared in two weeks, including information about policy attestations and other important updates related to the Spring release.
