Policy Updates in PolicyManager
On July 26, 2023, policy updates were officially released in PolicyManager, which is now the ONLY place for employees to review the most up-to-date version of our internal policies and procedures. As we’ve shared, Christian Horizons no longer provides paper copies of policy or keeps an updated copy of the Reference Manual on CHconnect. The recall of Reference Manual binders may have, or will be, taking place in communities in the coming weeks.
iAttest in PolicyManager
As previously communicated (see Policy Updates in PolicyManager), employees must attest to new and significant updates to policy in iAttest, the feature in PolicyManager that replaces our previous practice of manually signing off on the Reference Manual Review Sign Off Sheet.
We are aware that some employees have policies assigned in iAttest in PolicyManager which are also assigned for their review in the Learning Management System (LMS). This is happening because certain policies require employee review on a scheduled and rotating basis, which is set up for you in the LMS. If one of these policies also underwent a recent revision, it is also assigned to employees in iAttest.
If you notice the same policy assigned for your review in the LMS and PolicyManager at the same time, you do not need to read the policy twice. It is only required that you complete the necessary documentation in both the LMS and PolicyManager to affirm you’ve reviewed the material. As you normally do, please continue to document your employee reviews, and complete any assigned quizzes, in the LMS as they are assigned to you.
As a reminder, all employees will have until December 31, 2023, to complete their attestations in PolicyManager.

PDF copies of our policies and procedures are no longer found here. Instead, the Reference Manual page now re-directs employees to our PolicyManager platform and to the PolicyManager – Info page on CHconnect for more information. You can also find a list of recent On the Horizon articles relating to Policy Updates there.
The Reference Manual page will be further revamped towards the end of this year. Stay tuned for more!
