We are pleased to share that the Passport Transaction Report is now available in Karis Compass. This report provides people who use services and their teams with detailed, printable information about a person’s Passport funding and expenses for each fiscal year.
This report can be used at the following times for people whose Passport funding is administered by Karis:
- To provide updates to people and, where appropriate, their natural support networks on annual Passport spending
- During the Personal Plan process when discussing Passport funding
- During the Annual Third Party Review of a person’s Passport funding, as outlined in Policy B.8.8.1: Support for Trust Accounts
The report includes:
- A summary of annual Passport funding, total expenditures, and remaining funds for the fiscal year
- A detailed listing of each expense recorded in the Unison Passport Tracker
- A review procedure to support the Annual Third Party Review process, as outlined in Policy B.8.8.1: Support for Trust Accounts
March 31 marks the end of both the fiscal year and the Passport funding year. If you have not already done so, please take time to review each person’s Passport spending for the period of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 to ensure all applicable expenses have been recorded and that spending aligns with their Annual Personal Plan.
