We are excited to celebrate the launch of our new Strategic Plan, shaped by months of listening, learning, and co‑designing with people supported, families, staff, and partners across our communities. Your insights helped shape the choices at the heart of the plan — our commitment to Quality and Growth — which come to life through our three priorities: Our People, Our Services, and Our Partners.

Our commitment to growth will help us access the resources needed to support our teams and welcome 15% more people who are waiting for services over the next three years. Alongside this, we are deepening our relationships with people supported, families, community partners, and our faith communities to help welcome people with disabilities and promote communities where everybody belongs.

As we look at the work ahead, we are strengthening the foundations that will allow us to deliver on our priorities throughout Year 1 and beyond.

  • Our People: strengthening a culture of engagement and support by improving role clarity for our Program Managers and Direct Support Professionals, improving communication and knowledge‑sharing, and supporting belonging and leadership development.
  • Our Services: We are planning 6% growth in Year 1 to support more people who are waiting for services. We are establishing a quality framework and standards that guide consistent, person‑directed supports through strengthened service agreements, right‑sized housing and holistic planning, expanded person‑directed options, and improved digital tools and systems.
  • Our Partners: deepening partnerships with faith communities, families, self‑advocate groups, and community partners, and advancing government advocacy to welcome more people with disabilities and promote communities where everybody belongs.

We will continue the co-design journey through ongoing connections with people supported, families, staff, partners, and faith communities, creating experiential learning opportunities and shared spaces where we continue to learn and grow together.
