Did you know a dedicated team of Onward Change Champions meets to design tools and resources to help you and your team learn more about Onward? Onward is our strategic plan, and through it, we have seven areas of focus that are helping us transform how we provide services so people can truly self-direct their services and belong to the communities that matter to them.
One of these resources is the bi-monthly team meeting, “Onward Huddles.” These huddles include discussions, questions, exercises, and challenges to engage you and your team in thinking about how you can bring our Onward outcomes to life in the services and supports you provide.
This month, Michelle Abbott, Program Manager, and Rob Barber, Host Family Coordinator in the West district, have put together a very thoughtful and fun huddle on the role each of us play in supporting people to belong through our upcoming Belongathon.
