Ontario will vote on June 2nd.  Most people will vote on voting day, but did you know that people can vote on other days as well?  For example, people can vote:

  • At advanced polling stations
  • By mail (apply by 6:00pm on May 27th)
  • In person at a local Returning Office
  • By home visit (contact your returning office)

Voters can find information on all the ways to vote on their Voter Information Card, which they should have received by now in the mail.  Voters can also find information by visiting the Voter Information Service.

Want to know more about candidates or parties?  Links to information on parties and platforms have been uploaded to CH Connect(Make sure you are logged into CH Connect before clicking this link).

Information about local candidates is available by visiting the Voter Information Service, including each candidate’s name, political party, and links to their campaign websites.  Voters can also download the Elections Ontario App and register an account to have information accessible on their mobile devices.  The App also allows voters to download a virtual copy of their Voter Information Card and provides information and notifications related to the election.

Over the coming week, whether people you know are interested in voting or not, consider having conversations about the voting process, how voting happens, accessible voting options, and where to find more information.
