April 2, 2026

Starting Monday, April 6, 2026, Karis will have a new orientation system in the Learning Management System (LMS). This system supports a smooth and consistent transition for new hires from Day 1 through their first 90 days.

Early learning plays an important role in setting expectations, building confidence, and introducing our culture. This system helps organize that experience while supporting supervisors and teams in guiding new employees.

Supervisors continue to play a key role in the orientation experience. The system supports and organizes the process, but it does not replace guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support. The system is designed to be structured and supportive, helping new hires feel prepared, welcomed, and confident in their role.

Important reminders

  • For employees hired April 6 and onward, the LMS Orientation system will replace the current SharePoint approach
  • Employees currently completing orientation in SharePoint will continue there until completion

What’s next

We will continue to monitor how the system is used and make improvements based on feedback.
