We’re excited to share a new optional Karis email signature that includes our 2026 annual theme logo, Together We Grow. Recently, we noticed our annual theme logo was popping up in email signatures in a few creative ways (we appreciate the enthusiasm!) To help keep our branding clear and consistent across Karis, we created an approved signature version that properly includes the annual theme logo while keeping the Karis logo as the primary focus.
Why does this matter?
A consistent email signature helps:
  • Keep the Karis brand recognizable and professional
  • Ensure the annual theme logo is used correctly
  • Make all our communications look polished and connected

As an added touch, the annual theme logo is clickable — by clicking on it, people will be redirected to Together We Grow page where they can learn more about the story and meaning behind this year’s theme.

  • Please don’t adjust the fonts, colours, logo sizes, or layout
  • Update your own contact information before saving
  • Using the approved templates helps us keep Karis communications accessible, professional, and on brand
