We have information to share about our new Karis Disability Services email addresses. You can expect these changes to roll out in November.
Why are we changing our email addresses?
Christian Horizons has rebranded to Karis Disability Services. All email accounts will come together on the new @karis.org domain.
What will change?
Your email address will change from current address to username@karis.org. This will change your login username for Email, Teams, and other apps such as Policy Manager, MetaCompliance and AlayaCare.
What doesn’t change?
Your password will not change and your Email/Teams messages will not be affected. This is just a change to your username and primary email address.
What do you need to do?
The only thing you need to do is sign in with your new email address when prompted. If you use Ivanti Secure VPN, please contact the DTI Helpdesk to ensure you can still connect after the changes – https://helpdesk.chconnect.org
When will this happen?
These changes will be rolled out by the end of November in a phased approach. You will be notified prior to the date of the changes, so keep an eye out for related communication.
