Need to Be Added to a Service/Program Location Microsoft Teams Channel?

Staff are automatically added to a program location Microsoft Teams channel based on their work location in UKG. If someone isn’t showing up as a member, supervisors can update their work location using the P-09-11 form in UKG.

Only staff who work at a location can join its Teams channel. If there is an exception, submit a Helpdesk ticket and DTI Helpdesk will consider the request. Before doing that, make sure the person’s location is correct in UKG. If it is and you are still having trouble, contact the DTI Helpdesk: https://helpdesk.karis.org.
