March 25, 2021

This weekend (March 26 – 28th) we will be moving to the new ODB(version 4.) During the move, parts of the ODB will be offline. Download the reference guide comparing the old and new version of the ODB.

ODB Unavailable During The Move

During the move, the ODB will be unavailable at the following times:

Your Responsibility

We work to keep ODB up and available as much as possible. At any time that ODB is not available (including this necessary scheduled downtime), tasks normally completed in the ODB need to be completed on paper. These tasks include but are not limited to – Occurrence Incidents, Support Notes, Health Notes – and any other online ODB tasks. Once the ODB is accessible, the person who has created the paper-based document is responsible for ensuring that the information is entered correctly in the ODB. Copies of the following forms can be accessed through the links provided (to access the forms you must be on a Christian Horizons network.)

For Serious Occurrences and Occurrence Incident reports requiring immediate Program Manager feedback employees should contact the on-call Manager.

If you have problems with ODBv4, please submit a ticket at: helpdesk.chconnect.org:8443/

You can also email odb@christian-horizons.org for more immediate help during the first two weeks directly after the move to ODBv4.
