Mental Health Workshops for Developmental Services

Christian Horizons is participating in the Cultivating Communities of Wellness initiative funded by the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services in partnership with the Ontario Provincial Network – Human Resources Committee. As part of this initiative, we would like to encourage you to take advantage of two helpful workshops for Developmental Services staff. These workshops are being offered by CAMH: The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health:

Mindfulness for Developmental Services Staff

This free, 6-week virtual workshop series will support developmental services staff gain self-care mindfulness skills.

Dates:
Starting: Wednesday, November 10, for 6 consecutive weeks
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Drawing our Breath Together – Mindful Art Online for Developmental Services

This virtual workshop will introduce fun and creative ways of developing mindfulness skills through art.

Dates:
Tuesday October 26: 7pm – 7:45pm
