Improvements to Internal Job Postings
Access to Internal Job Postings is now mobile-friendly and can be viewed on a variety of devices, anytime, anywhere!
A link is available each week at the bottom of On the Horizon Newsletter to access the most current internal job postings. They are also available on “Employment Opportunities” page on CHconnect.
More improvements will be coming in the next month as we continue to maximize the functions available through our new web platforms.
Mental Health First Aid
The Ministry of Children Community & Social Services (Ontario West Region) is offering a Mental Health First Aid course for staff in the Developmental Services Sector. Course participants will learn how to recognize the signs and provide support to a person who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or decline in their mental well-being. This course will be delivered virtually and there is no registration cost. Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t miss out on your opportunity to take the course.

This course will be offered on the following dates:
- April 12th & 14th
- April 28th & 29th
