UKG Upgrade
Over the past 7 months we have learned to use the new Human Resource Information System, UKG. We have heard feedback from Supervisors, Direct Support Professionals, UKG Champs & Leads, and more.
They have shared the great things and the challenges. Many of the tasks that are difficult in the system are related to employees having multiple jobs at multiple locations. The great news is that UKG has developed an upgrade, called Multiple Assignments, that will resolve some of these challenges.
An upgrade is scheduled for the Karis UKG system on October 13! Prior to that time, you will be invited to participate in updated training in the Learning Management System (LMS).
In addition, there will be an opportunity to attend a webinar, and supervisors will receive additional information at upcoming Fall District Leadership meetings. Keep reading On the Horizon for more updates over the next few weeks.
