Reporting COVID Testing

With the highly contagious Omicron variant continuing to spread across Canada and Christian Horizons, we want to keep people receiving services and employees safe. To support this, we want to respond to trends as quickly as possible while maintaining accurate data across the organization.

In order to achieve these goals:
All COVID-19 testing (Christian Horizons sourced antigen tests, antigen tests completed outside of Christian Horizons, e.g., kits at a pharmacy, kits sent home with school children, and PCR tests) will be entered into a single place on CHConnect Covid Screening

  • If anyone who has completed the test can’t enter their results, a manager or admin support can enter the results through the appropriate link available in the daily Eligibility email delivered to supervisors.
  • It remains critically important for all staff who have tested positive for COVID-19 (either RANT or PCR) to report the positive test result to their supervisor and not come to work until instructed to do so.
