Workplace Learning from HOME
During the pandemic, some employees have been required to use Personal Emergency Leave (PEL) time for COVID related reasons (self-isolating, etc.). If you are feeling fine, but are at home taking PEL time and would rather save some of your PEL, then connect with your supervisor about using this time to complete some valuable courses. Once approved, you can plot time spent completing training from home as training or regular work shifts.
