In preparation for the processing of T4s and Donor Tax Receipts, please login into QSS and update your profile information (e.g., Name, Contacts, Email, Phone, Address).
Reminder: Your name should reflect the name on your government-issued ID. If you have a nickname or preferred name, an identified field is available to provide this information.
