On Sunday, March 13, 2022, beginning at 8:00 AM, the IS&T department will be upgrading the Woodstock Data Center firewalls. The firewalls are the first line of cyber defence in protecting Christian Horizons’ data assets. The firewalls control and monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic between the Woodstock Data Center and the Internet.
During the upgrade, all resources hosted at the Woodstock Data Center will not be available. These resources include:
- LMS (https://lms.chconnect.org)
- HelpDesk (https://helpdesk.chconnect.org:8443)
All other systems including Office 365 will remain fully operational during this planned upgrade.
The upgrade will take approximately four hours. An update email will be sent at the start of the upgrade and another at the successful end.
