2022 Excellence in Action Nominations are NOW OPEN!
We are now accepting nominations for our annual Excellence in Action Awards!
Do you know someone who has made excellent contributions to their community this past year? Can you think of anyone who has furthered the vision of Christian Horizons? Nominate them today for an Excellence in Action Award! Nominees can be donors, employees, family members, community partners, people who use our services, stakeholders, vendors, or volunteers.
This year, we are introducing a new category: Dedicated Contribution. This category will be awarded to someone who has displayed long-term dedication (at least 10 years of service or self-advocacy) in a manner that exemplifies the four core values of Christian Horizons, and by promoting teamwork, collaboration, leadership, or inspiration.
The deadline to submit nominations is April 30, 2022.

Calling all Artists in Saskatchewan!
Do you know any artists who receive Christian Horizons’ services in our Saskatchewan community?
We are changing our approach to highlight artists from one community each year. This year, we are looking for artists in our Saskatchewan community! If you know an artist in our Saskatchewan community, encourage them to share their artistic gifts with us for a chance to have their art featured on our 2022 Excellence in Action awards this year!
They can send a picture of their art (up to five submissions) along with their name, address, artwork title, and a description of the piece to excellence@christian-horizons.org.
The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2022.
Guidelines:
- Selected artwork will be professionally reproduced and framed.
- The artist of the selected art will receive an honorarium for the right to reproduce their artwork and the original will be returned to the artist.
- Artists can submit up to five pieces of art.
- All types of visual art will be considered (e.g., painting, photography, drawing etc.).
- Artwork submissions do not need to be new.
