At Karis we are committed to systems that provide timely and reliable information to simplify our processes and support decision-making across the organization.

This October, Karis Disability Services will introduce a new finance system called Microsoft Business Central, which will replace our current system, Adagio.

While this change primarily impacts the Finance team, this new system represents an important investment in Our Services by equipping teams with the right tools, systems, and resources they need to succeed.

Business Central is a modern, cloud-based Microsoft platform that equips managers with:

  • Real-time financial reporting
  • Automated workflows and approvals
  • More efficient and streamlined business processes
  • Improved visibility into invoice payment status

For most employees, the impact will be minimal.

We know that introducing a new system requires preparation and support.

Over the coming months:

  • Workplace Learning will provide role-based training through the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • The new Karis Intranet will become the central location for implementation updates and resources
  • Additional communications will be shared with teams and responsible team members throughout August-October as we prepare for go-live.

This implementation is an important step in modernizing one of our systems.

Thank you for your support as we prepare for this exciting next step.
