With Onward wrapping up in March 2025, we are taking time next year to slow down, reflect, and celebrate all that we have accomplished, and look ahead. We have started an 18-month process to engage everybody we can in co-designing our next strategic plan which starts in April 2026.
We will engage people in two phases:
First Phase (Late January to March): Dozens of facilitated conversations with staff, teams, people using services, and their families.
Second Phase (May to June): Round table discussions in ten locations during Karis Connected: Engaging Everybody sessions.
Our conversations will be informed by data and learnings, and we will recruit a strategic partner to support this work at key stages.
Ongoing communications will include launching a webpage on our website to provide visibility into our strategic planning process and keep everyone informed.
Our strategic work will help us mature our organizational culture and better align our work with priorities as we co-design our next strategic plan.
