At the end of 2024, Karis Disability Services provided all staff with an opportunity to participate in the Employee Satisfaction Survey. This survey is a way for Karis to gather your honest feedback, recommendations, and use the results to inform our organizational priorities.

In this recent survey, 504 employees participated, about half as many as in 2019. While participation was lower, each response is valued and helps shape our direction. In addition to the survey, this past spring, the Senior Leadership Team hosted 21 employee engagement sessions, connecting with nearly 300 staff across each district to further enrich our understanding of your experiences and the survey results.

We want to thank every employee who participated in the survey and engagement sessions. Your voice and feedback are essential and deeply valued, and your participation helps guide our strategic plans and priorities.

We have put together a slide deck that includes some key findings, and how they are informing our F2026 operating plans and beyond.
