Two years ago, the Federal Government announced the Disability Inclusion Action Plan, a new approach to improve the lives of people who have disabilities. The approach has four pillars: Financial Security, Employment, Disability Inclusive Spaces, and Modernizing Federal Government Programs and Approaches to Disability.

This survey will help inform the design of the government’s new Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP). The survey is fully accessible and has been translated into plain language, French, and ASL/LSQ. There are 40 questions, and will be open until November 14, 2022.

You are invited to participate in this survey if you experience a disability and we also encourage our employees to help the people we support to complete this survey. Please also share this survey as broadly as you can.
