We are excited to announce that Christian Horizons has embarked on a journey of accelerated digital transformation in 2023. Keeping in line with our theme for the year “Moving forward together: building possibilities”, we will be introducing two digital initiatives that will move us forward as an organization by realizing possibilities of an enhanced digital experience for both employees and people we support.
The three products we are in the process of rolling out in 2023 include Policy Manager, UKG and AlayaCare:
- Policy Manager is software that has already launched but will be expanding in 2023. Policy Manager organizes our organizational policies in one place online and makes policies easier to find and use.
- UKG is a Human Resource Information System which will replace QHR and provide more efficient and user-friendly ways for employees to complete HR-related work.
- AlayaCare is a Case Management System that will replace the ODB and serve as a portal for efficiently and effectively tracking and managing information about people and services. AlayaCare will better equip employees to serve people we support while allowing people supported and/or their families to have greater visibility to relevant information.
We are excited about the potential and flexibility offered by these modern platforms. They will allow us to meet both our current needs and our future ambitions as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.
