October 27, 2022

Last week on Friday, I sent out a product recall notice about hair products. We typically don’t send product recall notices in a ‘dear everybody’ email, but it seemed important enough because we considered that people who use our services might use these kinds of products and wanted to get the message to them.

The irony, of course, is that I’m bald. Many people emailed me to make sure it wasn’t phishing or spam. It hadn’t occurred to me until I received the first email, then the second, and so on. =). I’m sorry for the confusion. We’ll do better if there’s a next time.

Internationally, we’re hearing from our partners in Guatemala and Nicaragua about serious flooding that they’ve been experiencing this month. The flooding is causing damage, illness, and even death. Please keep them and our partners in Haiti in your thoughts and prayers, as life remains difficult.

Below you’ll find the various statistics for this week.

Sincerely,
Dwayne
