Our merch program has been revamped based on employee feedback from our surveys and our Karis Merch Guidelines document can now be found on CH Connect. Check out new merch options and stay tuned for even more items being added soon.

A few of the highlights from our Karis Merch Guidelines document include:

  • Employees must purchase merch from the Karis merch store as these items have been intentionally vetted according to the Karis Merch Principles.
  • There are new merch options at a variety of price points.
  • This Karis shop excludes ‘speaker gifts’ for special occasions and employee milestone gifts (a separate program). The merch principles, including design approval, still apply to these gifts.
  • Clothing items will be ordered directly from a supplier through pop-up shops a few times per year.
  • People who use our services can place orders during clothing pop-up shops but cannot purchase from the regular merch program.
  • For important community partnership opportunities (such as Belongathon), special orders may be placed. Requests submitted through the appropriate Microsoft form will be reviewed by the Marketing team.
