As part of our ongoing work to establish a process for including the people who use services and their families in Karis’ community advocacy efforts, the F25 Engaging Everybody project team is proud to present our Collaborative Advocacy Resource.
This resource identifies five ways that people supported often engage in advocacy. It is based on the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Spectrum of Public Participation, as well as real data from around Karis.
As you read this resource, we encourage you to consider how you can apply these principles to the work you already do. Together, we can partner with people supported in community advocacy.
