On Friday night starting at 10:30 PM until Saturday morning at 7 AM, CH Connect will be partially unavailable and slower due to a scheduled web crawl. Please be advised that while the program, in theory, will be up and working, service will be slow and videos may not display properly. We recommend not using CH Connect during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to a smoother running system.
- Why do we need to do this?
- To update our search results for CH Connect
- What issues it’ll resolve and its benefits?
- A one time update to search results
- A workaround to incompatibility between SP search crawl and the use of SSO (Single Sign-On)
- How it’ll impact our teams?
- No (very slow) access to CH Connect from 10:30 pm to 7 am
- It will not impact any of our other systems, but users who use CH Connect for links to other systems should save those links in case they need access to the other systems during the time CH Connect is not available
- When we are doing this?
- Friday Nov 19 from 10:30pm to 7am
