On Saturday, June 8th, over 1,300 Belongathoners came to 16 events across Ontario and Saskatchewan to raise awareness and create spaces of belonging alongside people with disabilities. You made this happen. You invited everyone you knew to join the movement. You advocated in your communities for accessible, welcoming spaces. We see you and we’re so grateful for you and everything you did to co-create communities that are inclusive and accessible at the Belongathon events. So far together we have raised over $81,000 for those with developmental disabilities here and globally. We are so close to our $90,000 goal and there is still time to reach it as fundraising will remain open until June 30th! It’s not too late to donate: https://belongathon.ca/donate.
