Up until this point some of our employees accessed a web page on Christian-horizons.org website called “Staff Portal”. The Staff Portal was a short collection of links to systems and resources such as to our intranet (CH Connect), UKG and benefits forms.
Now that we have launched the new karis.org website, we have created a redesigned Staff Portal: https://karisdisabilityservices.sharepoint.com/sites/StaffPortal [requires logging in]
What’s the same?
The new Staff Portal includes the same links and resources. It is also accessible without VPN. Our intranet (CH Connect) remains as is and continues to require VPN to access it.
What is different?
To improve your user experience and our cyber security, you login once to access the Staff Portal. Please use your computer username@karis.org and password. This is the same username and password you use for your Outlook email. Once you log in you should automatically sign in using Single Sign On (SSO) to other web sites and systems in your web browser such as: Outlook email, UKG, Policy Manager and AlayaCare.
What’s next?
Over time we plan on expanding this Staff Portal so you can easily find the links and resources you need. We are also planning to replace our intranet, CH Connect, in the future.
