AlayaCare, Karis Email and UKG Roll Out Dates

Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce the following key dates (by district) for the roll out of AlayaCare Release 2 (for the districts that are not live currently), when your new “@karis.org” email and usernames will be available, and last but not least the roll out of UKG! 

Saskatchewan:

• Karis Email and Usernames – November 6, 2023
• AlayaCare R2 Rollout – November 6, 2023
• UKG “First Punch” – January 21, 2024

West District:

• Karis Email and Usernames – November 20, 2023
• AlayaCare R2 Rollout – November 27, 2023
• UKG “First Punch” – January 21, 2024

South District:

• Karis Email and Usernames – November 20, 2023
• AlayaCare R2 Rollout – December 11 , 2023
• UKG “First Punch” – January 21, 2024

East, Central East, Central and North Districts:

• Karis Email and Usernames – November 20, 2023
• UKG “First Punch” – January 21, 2024
