In preparation for the UKG launch on September 17, employees of Christian Horizons will receive training to learn how to use the various functions of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). There will be webinars, learning modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and job aids all designed to assist you in using UKG.

Introduction to UKG for Leaders – Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, July 20 from 1:30 to 2:30 EDT (11:30 CST)
Supervisor UKG Readiness – Webinar is schedule for Thursday, July 27 from 1:30 to 2:30 EDT (11:30 CST)
Appointments will be sent for these events later this week. Supervisors will participate in online LMS training between July 31 to August 11. During this same timeframe the UKG platform will be available to sign into to practice the new supervisory skills that have been learned.
All Employees
All employees will be invited to participate in LMS training and to attend an introductory webinar in August. More details will follow in future weekly communications.
