Reflection
Our May Reflection is written by Michelle Sin, Development Strategies Manager (Waterloo), Scott Austin, Person Using Services (Niagara 03), and Isaac Flagg, Direct Support Professional (Niagara 03).
Christian Horizons is no stranger to accessible walk, roll, run, or bike events, but we wanted an opportunity to focus on disability inclusion, advocacy, and community. That’s why we’re launching the Belongathon as a community outreach fundraiser – one where you don’t need to fundraise to participate! Just by joining an event or by sharing it, you’re helping your community create inclusive, accessible spaces of belonging.
Prayer Guide
The May prayer guide is now available.
This month’s prayer guide discusses how we can use the fruit of the spirit – Self Control, to show God’s glory through us.
This prayer guide is included below to print and make available at various locations as an optional resource for employees, people receiving support, families, and church partners. If you have any questions about the prayer guide or items to include next month, please contact ministry@christian-horizons.org.
You can access prayer guides and other resources at www.christian-horizons.org/churches.
