On December 2, a new TAMS Item called “Personal Plan Review – F2023 Passport Planning Tool Completed” was set up to track the completion of the “F2023 Passport Planning Tool.” This TAMS item was activated for each person for whom Christian Horizons manages their Passport funding. The expectation is that the “F2023 Passport Planning Tool” will be incorporated into the Personal Plan and completed for each person by March 31, 2023.
Leaders in Ontario can now go into their compliance dashboard to see the status of this compliance item. Districts can also pull reports for the status of each person in their community. Below are two On The Horizon articles to provide you with more details if needed.
