The Community Facilities Specialist has been working on revising the Property Handbook and has created a new version to be utilized by the programs in order to help maintain our properties. This new version is designed to give clear and easy information regarding some simple, but critical, things that can help maintain our homes in good condition and avoid potentially bigger problems. At all times your Community Facilities Specialist will be available to answer any questions.
The new Property Handbook can be found on CH Connect under Tools and Resources > Property > Property Handbook (VPN Required).
