Ontario voted again on June 2nd. Congratulations to all newly elected Members of Provincial Parliament who were successful in their ridings. Voting is a key part of belonging to the broader communities around us, and to experiencing the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
We would love to hear from people who use the services of Christian Horizons on their experiences in voting. Taking pictures can be a fun and exciting way for people to share their stories and experiences.
We would like to host another Photo Voice project and discussion group to hear about and learn from people who use Christian Horizons services about their experiences in voting or in participating in other ways in voting and elections.
If you know someone who may be interested in participating in this project, and if they have not already expressed their interest, please have people email jradstake@christian-horizons.org. We will be reaching out to those interested in the coming days to set up a meeting time that will work for people.
