Supervisors Payroll Timelines

The Payroll and HR Admin team need your support to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time each pay period. P99’s and corresponding paperwork for employee changes are due no later than the effective date of the change. We remain committed to processing all current pay period employee changes submitted to HR Admin by 12:00PM EST on the last Friday of the pay period.

Short Term Medical Leave/Personal Medical Leave

Reminder, employees have temporary access to banked Short Term Medical Leave (STML)/ Personal Medical Leave (PML) time for COVID-19 related absences when Personal Emergency Leave (PEL) time is exhausted. This exception was initiated in October 2020 at the request of the Joint Employee Association and continues until December 31, 2021.
