Tiny Habits
Tiny Habits for better productivity and work can include:
- A good night sleep. A sufficient amount of sleep at night helps to increase your mental clarity. If you are thinking too much during bedtime about personal and/or professional challenges, create a sleeping habit to help relax your mind. If you are experiencing anxiety about anything, try going to another part of the house and leave the lights off. This may help you relax and ease your anxiety.
- Minimize dependence on your social media. Social media networks can be very addictive. It may be a huge problem that not only affects your daily life, but also your daily productivity. To increase your productivity, learn to create limits regarding accessing social media.
- Write your daily tasks on paper. It is a common practice to do several tasks simultaneously, however, this can be overwhelming to the brain. Instead, focus on individual tasks one by one. Writing down tasks on paper is a powerful habit to rewire your brain about what should be accomplished. It prevents you from working on several tasks all at once while minimizing the habit of procrastination.
- Personal goals. It is important to have a goal to stay inspired. The goal can be any size, personal or professional, having your own goal can help you grow and increase your productivity.
